PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Services Representative to join our busy Harley Street practice.

We are looking for a dynamic team member who has excellent communication skills and is able to confidently liaise with our clients. You will be assisting the smooth running of the bustling office and eager to assist with all activities.

The successful candidate will be well spoken with a professional telephone manner, smartly presented, have meticulous secretarial skills and excel in a customer services environment.

JUNIOR AUDIOLOGIST

If you’re looking for a change from the NHS or the monotony of a national hearing aid distributor, then look to Harley Street Hearing. We are currently looking for a junior audiologist to join the team in London.

With our continuing success and recent move into The Shard; we are seeking an ambitious, driven audiologist to help maintain our high standards. The successful applicant will need to hit the ground running in a busy practice and contribute to our various sites across London. They will provide audiological support to London’s finest Ear Nose and Throat surgeons and audio-vestibular physicians.

The scope of this diverse role would involve:

Hearing loss (diagnosis, management & rehabilitation)

Dispensing hearing instruments from all manufacturers, including Phonak’s Lyric device.

Musicians Hearing Services

Tinnitus management

Medico-Legal audiometry

The provision of ear care services including instrumentation, irrigation, and microsuction

Vestibular testing and rehabilitation

Additional training will be provided where necessary.

TRAINEE AUDIOLOGIST

We  have opportunities for trainee audiologists, candidates must have a good degree in audiology, we have a thorough training programme and offer a competitive salary.

The scope of the role of a trainee audiologist is similar to Junior Audiologist.
